has anyone had sleep paralysis before?? i think i just had it but idk?? i “woke” up to hearing somebody really slowly open my door (no one is home) so i tried to open my eyes but they were just rolling to the back of my head. i tried to shout thinking it was my mum but i physically could not talk or move. n then i heard my phone go off so i went to get it and i felt like i had it in my hands like i could feel me holding it but i wasn’t. i hadn’t moved n it was still next to me. i literally burst into tears it was fucking terrifying someone pls help
